Plaintiffs complaint, filed February 24, 1994, and thereafter amended solely to add additional defendants, was dismissed on the motion of defendant Dr. Robert Greene at the close of plaintiffs case. Because we conclude that plaintiffs direct evidence at trial presented a prima facie claim of medical negligence, we reverse and remand for a new trial.
